@_cookim_: Oyster Kimchi Ingredients - 1 Napa cabbages - Gochugaru - 1 onions - 1 green onions (optional) - 100g of chives (optional) - 100g of garlic (adjustable) - 100g of daikon (optional) - Fish sauce - Sugar - Salt - MSG (secret ingredient) - raw oysters (edible) Seasoning (for 1 cabbages) - Blend 1 onions, 100g of garlic (adjustable), 150g of water, 50g of sugar, 1 teaspoon of MSG, and 70g of fish sauce to make a *vegetable paste. - Cut the green onions into 1cm pieces and the chives into 3cm pieces. - Mix 150g of gochugaru with the *vegetable paste,* green onions, and chives. - Adjust the taste with fish sauce if it’s too bland. Recipe (for 1 cabbages) 1. Cut 1 cabbage into four quarters 2. Place the cabbage in a large bowl. 3. Add salt every layer 4. Leave the cabbage at room temperature until it bends without breaking 5. After that, rinse the cabbage 3 times with water. 6. If the cabbage is still too salty, soak it in water for 30 minutes to remove some of the saltiness. 7.
