@grace.hescott: Burger wraps🍔🤌🏼 Ingredients: 1lb lean ground beef Flour tortillas Shredded cheddar cheese Shredded lettuce 1/2 onion, diced ~ Burger seasoning: 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp pepper ~ Mac Sauce: 1/3 cup mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp ketchup 1-2 tsp whole grain mustard 1 pickle, diced Instructions: Preheat a large pan to medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until fully cooked and brown, about 8-10 minutes. Make the sauce while the meat is cooking. In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Mix until combined. To assemble the wraps, lay out a tortilla, spread the sauce in the middle, then add the ground beef, cheese, lettuce, and diced onion on top. Fold in both sides of the tortilla, then roll it up like a burrito, making sure to keep the filling inside. Preheat a pan to medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Place the wrap on the pan and cook each side for a few minutes until golden brown and crispy. Cut it in half and serve with sauce on the side.
