OK as a hotel worker unfortunately I had this conversation. guest thought everything is included. Dont know why cause we were not even an all inclusive site.

I just had a week's stay in Spain for work and every night I emptied the mini bar, I was hungry. When checking out they asked what I had taken. I replied "today??" I had no idea and neither did them!
