@maxcantdanceee: haven’t been posting much lately; my sweet baby kitten Haku has been to the emergency vet 4 times in the last month and they still have no idea what’s wrong with him. he had an exploratory surgery that led to nothing, his stomach pumped, constant expensive tests that all come back normal. he’s now having seizures, lost his sight, and it’s very likely I might lose him in the next few days. it’s not supposed to be like this. he’s just a baby. he has no diagnosis, no injuries, never even been outside. i just wish he didn’t have to go through this 😔 the weird thing about having social media as a career is that the show must go on. the algorithm doesn’t care if you’re going through a personal event. if you don’t get engagement, you don’t make money. if i don’t work, i don’t make money. and a lot of my work is videos, ratings, making that kind of content… and although a few of you will understand and assure me to take the time i need, the reality is that’s just not possible. it feels so strange and foreign to talk about 🍆 . i literally sat in my car in the parking lot of the hospital to continue working. but it is my job and the show must go on.
