Hi! Im flying with my two dogs for the first time ,and read that they have to be able to stand, sit, and spin in the bag…so I’m wondering do I have to get a cage or a bag like yours is fine…?

Hi! We are going to fly from Rix-Spain and I’m little confused. AirBaltic told that high of a bag should be 23cm👀 so it can be placed under the front seat. So crazy rules,😂 did they asked you to put the bag under the seat? We have the same bag, but with that 23cm I’m really confused 😵💫
