I'm confused. If you have kids and qualified for either of these things and claimed them, they never release the money until mid February anyway?? It's right there in the 1040 instructions if you file

Can I ask why others have updated to path message on their WMR tool? I’m on cycle 05. But mine says processing and tax topic 152, does not say any letters or anything so am I waiting for path to lord?

And they will hold the ENTIRE refund, not just the amounts of the credits to be refunded. Depending how long they hold it it can be brutal when you have counted on getting your refund in 3 weeks.
