I didnt hear anything about salicylic acid until i was like 32w (im 35w now) . I used it on and off my entire pregnancy. I broke out in the beginning and used it to help..

I think you can use salicylic acid. I’ve seen several derms recommend it but less than 2% or something

I’ve been told by a doctor it’s ok to use retinol and even get Botox while pregnant because that doesn’t pass through to the baby.
