I seriously love these! I got onto them for my pre op diet for my gastric sleeve a couple years ago! Most shakes that say ‘just add water’ are so foul but these blend so hey and the flavours are spot on!

I love the coffee flavour! When I had these I used to blend it up with ice and turn it into a frappe! Was delicious.

Coffee is the nicest! Add water first then powder otherwise it doesn't mix well... Add ice cubes during summer too!
