Day 4 post op and I’m still having to use gauze for bleeding 😫 I’m going insane. Anyone have a similar experience? I did have a follow up and confirmed stitches are intact and tissue is healthy

Mines just randomly fell out and was hanging on by a thread to my gum, when i called my dentist to make sure I was fine i didnt even notice until i was off the phone that i accidentally swallowed them😭
