@cookvegetarian: SWEETHEART SNICKERS DATES A delicious, no-bake treat you’ll never get tired of, naturally sweet and packed with nutty goodness, perfect for a snack or dessert! Personally, it’s one of my favourite desserts! Save the recipe below and let me know in the comments if you’re going to make it🙌 Ingredients: 10-15 Medjool dates (pitted) 10 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond or cashew) 100g dark chocolate, melted (or milk chocolate, if preferred) 2 tbsp crushed peanuts (for topping) A pinch of sea salt (optional) Method: Slice each date lengthways without cutting all the way through to create a pocket. Spoon about ½ teaspoon of nut butter into the centre of each date. Using a fork, dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Or simply drizzle the melted chocolate over the dates. Place coated dates on a baking paper-lined tray. Sprinkle crushed peanuts and a pinch of sea salt on top. Pop them in the fridge for 15–20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
