Maybe not in front of people, maybe not where anyone could see—but in the late nights, in the silence, when the weight of everything feels unbearable. We have cried for the sacrifices we had to make—the missed birthdays, the lost friendships, the moments with loved ones we will never get back. We have cried for the failures—the investments that went south, the deals that slipped through our fingers, the moments when we gave everything, and it still wasn’t enough. We have cried out of frustration—when nothing was working, when we felt stuck, when we questioned if we was even capable of making it. To all my fellow entrepreneurs—if you’re in a season of struggle, don’t give up. The tears are proof that you’re in the fight. But wipe them away, stand back up, and keep going. Because when you finally make it, every tear will have been worth it.
