Twist the strawberry stems and use it to help you dip the berries 4. Let the chocolate finish dripping and transfer right away to a bowl full of crunch topping (start with 1 cup topping and add more as needed). 5. Pack on the crunch topping using both hands, careful not to drag or the coating will rub off! 6. Gently hold the strawberries and use a knife to cut a deep hole. 7. Make cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Use milk to manage the consistency 8. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag/ziplock and stuff the berries 9. All done!
