@jamesmerrellofficial1: 🌟 PIP Evidence Guide: What You Need to Support Your Claim! 🌟 If you're applying for PIP (Personal Independence Payment), having the right evidence can make all the difference! 📑 Here’s a quick guide on what evidence you need to help support your claim: 1️⃣ Medical Evidence 🔹 Include your doctor's notes, hospital records, and letters from specialists! These should explain how your condition impacts your daily life. 🩺 2️⃣ Medication Details 💊 Don’t forget to mention the medication you’re on, the dosage, and any side effects like fatigue or dizziness that affect your everyday tasks. 💤 3️⃣ Daily Life Impact 📅 Keep a daily journal! Note down days when you struggle—whether it’s with walking, cooking, or just getting out of bed. 📖 4️⃣ Witness Statements 👥 If someone helps you daily (family, friends, carers), ask them to write a statement explaining the support they provide. 🙋‍♀️ 5️⃣ Functional Impact 👣 How far can you walk? How long can you focus before exhaustion hits? Be specific about what your condition makes harder, like dressing, bathing, or preparing food. 🍳 Remember: The more detailed, the better! 📈 Keep everything clear, organised, and don’t hesitate to ask for help if you need it. If you need assistance with your claim or have any questions, DM me or email me at: 📧 [email protected] Good luck with your PIP claim! 🌟 #PIPClaim #PIPSupport #PIP #PersonalIndependencePayment #DisabilitySupport #Fibromyalgia #ChronicPain #Arthritis #ChronicFatigue #Depression #Anxiety #BackPain #CarerSupport #MentalHealthMatters #DisabilityRights #MultipleSclerosis #Dyslexia #Dyspraxia #PainManagement #MobilityIssues #InvisibleDisabilities #DisabilityAwareness #EhlersDanlosSyndrome #CerebralPalsy #SpinalCordInjury #StrokeRecovery #Paralysis #AutismSupport #PIPHelp #DisabilityBenefits #ChronicIllnessSupport #DisabilityLivingAllowance #SupportForAll #FibroWarriors #PainfulConditions #HealthConditions #FatigueLife #MentalHealthAwareness #pip #Epilepsy #fibromyalgia

Do they need evidence of the medication or is self admission fine? I just have diagnosis report, but no mention of meds

Doctors notes on NHS apps are very limited, is this enough for the pip/DLA assessors? The same with consultant letters, they don’t describe the day to day issues, just the Illness/issue.

I have dyspraxia which is a disability. how can I prove I have it? because it doesn't show on medical records because I don't take medication for it.

I've been diagnosed with meniers disease about 3 years ago. I've had vertigo for 15years or more. medical records are miminal throughout that time as something I just loved with as and when it happened. last 3 years it has been a daily, weekly event, very unpredictable. awful to live with , was declined. absolutely disgusting.A disability that affects my day to day life and has caused injury when pushed to the floor. Now use 2 sticks to help keep my balance. should I apply again, a very stressful process with no compassion

Why 11 years on now I’ve still not had a review? Is it because I got the indefinite award because my condition is life long? As my friend got pip at the same time as me and she had a review last year?
