Prioritize doing things you love socially!!! Book clubs, rec sports, idk if there’s like a fun makeup class you could go to, knitting club. That way, it’s less intimidating bc it’s already what u like

A lot of Raleigh bars and breweries have themed events. For example, Ruby Deluxe has a craft night every Mon. Figure drawing Weds at The Wicked Witch. I’ve met lots of people at events like that!

I'm in Durham. There are so many FB groups for the triangle for girls to make friends. I'm in women of the triangle hiking club, triangle gals meetup and a few other local groups. Post in a group!

Hobbies! I made most of my friends by signing up for volleyball via the parks district. Also at pottery class. Suggest being open to older friends as well! Having community is important 💖
