I mean your camera can do 1/8000 with HSS. I can’t imagine any case where you would need an ND filter unless you are shooting videos with specific frames per second.

Nah, I shoot photo like this with a pretty basic godox flash, most have high speed sync, 1/1000,f/8, iso 100 godox /1 full power or around there will get you this on average

thats 100% use of flash or a speed light too tho, they prob using a nd filter too but in case anyone wondering if its just the nd filter that make images like that, the photographer used a flash too
