Nope. I don't agree. I'm a 70's kid. ADHD wasn't diagnosed then. But I look back at my mum, she was most definitely on the spectrum.

ADHD is genetic - if a child has ADHD there will be a parent or grandparent (usually both) that is also neurodivergent.

My daughters adhd diagnosis has been stopped because they’ve decided it’s ‘trauma’ and has the same symptoms - it’s ridiculous.

I've just been diagnosed at 54. I've heard it's caused by either trauma, head trauma or is hereditary.

Wrong 🙄 my brain has always operated at a higher frequency. I literally could levitate when I was younger. I don’t even come at me with that shit I’ve always had like superpower, telekinesis shit

My mom had the most traumatic pregnancy and birth with me but we're also like two peas in a pod so I am guessing it's hereditary and trauma 🤷🏻♀️

Don’t agree my sons had no pre/post natal trauma or early childhood I have adhd abd I do have a cerebellum issue called chiari maybe onto something with that but not always trauma induced

My grandchild doesn’t have a cerebellum, it’s a very rare condition but she is an A star pupil and is fine 🤷🏼♀️
