I’m dying🤣. So friggin true!! My B/P is always low normal till I go to the doctor then it’s elevated…and I always more there!!

About five years ago, I started to pass on the scale with the doctor. I say no thank you to the nurse and I give her the weight from the last time. I weighed myself. That’s it.

I usually now tell them my weight and don't get on the scale and they take it.
