If you have low porosity hair I would recommend not using mielle because I have high porosity hair and my hair has actually grown more

I though they were lying at first but when I wash my hair the back of my nape gets sour and my hair falls out like this and I have thick 4a hair no bald spots thankfully I switched to Amika
