Not as easy as you say miss..Going properly thru legal as you say..yes true..but the lost is on landlord..landlord needs to bear all cost until he won the case . but it will take not less than 6 month

I have very bad experience with tenants not paying my water bill n tnb bill .. until 4K . I have to tell you this .. I hv bad experience with my indian tenants . I am not saying all but most of them. I feel very sad. Then they complain that Indians are not given to Indians for rent.
