@jacquescoaches: Want your first Front Lever hold? Stop doing this… ❌ Pull-ups are great for general strength, but they don’t target the specific muscles needed for a Front Lever. If you want to master the Front Lever, focus on these drills instead: 1️⃣ Scapula Rows – Pull with your scapula to strengthen your back and build scapula retraction. 2️⃣ Front Lever Negatives – Slowly lower yourself from a vertical position. Start with tuck negatives if it’s too tough. This helps build time under tension and gets you used to the Front Lever movement. 3️⃣ Tuck Front Lever Pull-Ups – Once you can hold a strong tuck, add controlled pull-ups to activate your lats and boost Front Lever control.
