I've done a lot of research on this..perimenopause & menopause play a significant role in not being able to drop weight. What used to work doesn't always. It's not so simple for us old ducks ๐๐ญ

Insulin is too high. Body stores fat instead of burning it. Deficit will not matter if insulin levels arenโt dealt with

Does seperating your calories into 3 meals rather than taking it all in one meal matter or is there no difference?

What I've learned after 6 weeks in a deficit is that theres ALOT of calories in products you don't think about. Like cooking oils, and different ranch dressings.Just those two can easily add 400 daily

Ok so Iโve gone over all my numbers again. My bmr is right and I use Apple devices that track my expenditure of calories and Iโm pretty on track with the calorie counting also. I think I may be eating not enough calories after looking at one of your other posts. Iโm a decent size bloke and was going for a pretty hard drop. But I also tried a suit jacket that didnโt fit 2 weeks ago but does now.
