What I've learned after 6 weeks in a deficit is that theres ALOT of calories in products you don't think about. Like cooking oils, and different ranch dressings.Just those two can easily add 400 daily

Ok so Iโ€™ve gone over all my numbers again. My bmr is right and I use Apple devices that track my expenditure of calories and Iโ€™m pretty on track with the calorie counting also. I think I may be eating not enough calories after looking at one of your other posts. Iโ€™m a decent size bloke and was going for a pretty hard drop. But I also tried a suit jacket that didnโ€™t fit 2 weeks ago but does now.
