Go to gp and get checked for h pylori. I had bad rosacea for years and turned out I had a gut infection which is very common. I was proscribed triple antibiotics and my rosacea has completely gone.

I’m sorry, the amount of people on here that don’t realise every day there are UV rays and you still need to protect your skin. iPhone weather app shows you how high the UV is everyday.
