You’re going from one extreme to the next and that’s why you’re not losing the weight! I use to think I had to eat 1200 calories or less to lose weight. Or eat less than what my Apple Watch said I burned. 😳 With an hour a day of cardio 😩 This left me burn tf out. I could only stick with it a few days until I would binge eat and then I would repeat the cycle every couple days. This way is just not sustainable, no one will be able to stick to something like this for long term. You will keep losing and gaining the same 3-5lbs and left wondering why “nothing works” When my clients join me they are always amazed at how much they can actually eat and still lose weight!! 🙌🏻 The goal is to eat as much as possible while losing weight!! Wouldn’t it be so much better if you could eat 1700-1900 calories and see consistent weight loss week after week!? I don’t know about you, but I would rather eat more and lose weight instead of trying to starve myself there!
