Simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened 💞Place the flatbreads under a hot grill for 1-2 minutes while the oven finishes preheating to help crisp them slightly. 💞Spread the tomato sauce over the flatbreads, then top with the mozzarella, cooked chicken and small pieces of nduja dotted over the top. 💞Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges are crisp. 💞While the flatbreads bake, mix together the honey, chilli flakes and hot sauce. 💞Remove from the oven and drizzle over the hot honey before serving.
