You should’ve only taken a quarter of the pill for the first 7 days. 1/2 a pill the next 7 days and 1/2 twice a day going forward after that. Your doctor failed 😞😞

I just started naltrexone as well. 50 mg did the same thing I cut it back to 25 mg and that works well.

50mgs of naltrexone as a first dose is a lot. I take 25mg if naltrexone twice a day, 200 of wellbutrin in the morning and 100 in the afternoon

I started at 150mg Wellbutrin xl and A1/4 of a 50 mg naltrexone for a week then 150mg Wellbutrin xl and 25mg naltrexone for a week then 300mg Wellbutrin xl and 50mg naltrexone. I had the nausea the second week and decided to switch up the time I took the naltrexone. Now I take Wellbutrin in the am and naltrexone at night with no issues.

My second dose of zepbound had me soooo sick for 6 days I almost went to the ER for fluids and nausea meds… my PCO ended up giving me some zofran but man… it really is crazy how differently these meds effect people💩🤮

This sounds like a Dr issue. You can get a compounded LDN (low dose naltrexone)
