I am on month 3 ... I LOVE THEM ! I don't wake up feeling like a bus hit me. brain fog is going away! I don't bruise as easily anymore, I've noticed , and I have had my nails starting to grow. my gut issues are starting to go away. I don't eat a normal healthy balanced diet , and this helps so much!!! I can list so many more. I will never go back ! btw , I have the same cup! lol love it !
