Don’t feel ashamed we all make mistakes don’t carry that guilt. I was an addict for 12 years after getting sober I learned to let that guilt go. It was too much weight. I regret nothing it’s too heavy

Please keep posting these videos. My soon to be ex husband was and honestly probably still is highly addictive to this stuff. He put us in severe severe debt and in the end I had to choose a better life for our kids and I. :(
