@theroamingprepper: Having a physical map is an important item to have when traveling in the adventure GPS or other navigation fails. However, I also recommend getting laminated maps since you can use them in bad weather, you can use dry race on them, and they’re more resilient. They’re also easier to deal with if you have to leave your vehicle.
