Please do a deep brown for the cabinets!! With the walls being lighter I feel like cream would make the kitchen too light. And the brown would keep the older home feel.

If you don’t like the red undertone you could have them refinished with a lighter wood stain which would complement your stone wall. I’d leave a few finished to keep the wood and the rest paint. 😍

Love the contrast of the cabinets with the walls, I would keep them and just do brass hardware. Also, I paint my island, left the other stained, the paint chips so bad.

I think the cream color might make the kitchen too bland ? The dark cabinets really set off the stone wall and light flooring and lighter countertops.

Do a darker cream, more of a blonde brown tone. Keep it strong neutrals. It will compliment the stone without fighting with it.
