not 100% true , much is calcium. did you know a trigger fish eating coral and shells can cover 1 acre of sea bottom in a year when it poops it out

5% truth. Mountains have been eroding for more than a half bilion years, and the auartz happens to be the most resilient. Clay is the feldspars left from granite.

I'll be going to the beach on the GULF OF MEXICO this weekend! our sand is kinda dark from the silt and earth that empties at the mouth of the rio grande. still lively tho.
