🥟 DUMPLING NOODLE SOUP 🍜 what food makes you feel better, when you’re feeling under the weather…? This is a dish that I always make whenever I need warming up - my one pot, 20 minute DUMPLING NOODLE SOUP 🍜  Guaranteed to make you feel better, whatever the weather, this sort of thing is super easy + quick to put together when you need it most 😍 I’ve left my recipe below, but use whatever you’ve got at home to season the broth + serve on top. Enjoy 😊  INGREDIENTS (serves 2) 5 garlic cloves 1 thumb size knob of ginger Bunch of spring onions 1 tsp turmeric 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp agave  1 tbsp miso paste 1.2l boiling water  1 tsp chilli flakes 1 lime 1 tbsp neutral oil Salt Pepper Broccoli Dumplings / gyoza Noodles of choice Sesame seeds Chilli oil METHOD 1. Grate the ginger + garlic, then finely chop the spring onions (save greens for garnish).  2. Warm your oil in a saucepan at medium heat. Once hot, add your ginger + garlic. Fry until fragrant. 3. Add your spring onions with a pinch of salt. Fry until softened.  4. Add the turmeric with a crack of black pepper, then the soy sauce + agave. Fry for a further minute.  5. Boil the kettle, then in a jug/bowl, get your miso paste dissolved in the boiling water.  6. Add to the saucepan, then season to taste with chilli flakes + lime juice. Leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes.  7. Adjust the salt/sugar levels accordingly, especially if you are making more broth. 8. Break the broccoli into florets, then boil straight in the broth. Add your dumplings, cooking until almost done.  9. Cook your noodles, then place into bowls. Cover in broth, then top with dumplings, broccoli, toasted sesame seeds, chilli oil + a wedge of lime - enjoy! #noodlesoup #dumplings #comfortfood #EasyRecipes
