I went to Japan for 3 weeks and lost 9kgs BC I walked so much (the stairs & shopping areas at the train stations 💀)

I got my son used to loving veggies and eating balanced meals then he started at nursery full time and when I ask him what he had for lunch he answer: Pasta and bread 💀 Uk school dinners are awful

We got processed garbage in the UK. I remember eating a fish cake and being sick. Only later in life I realised fish cakes are nice if they actually have fish in them 😂
