the progesterone didn't seem to make as much of a difference but the estrogen! that was a big change so I'm stopping it for a bit

It caused me to gain 5 pounds and it all went to my buttocks, thighs and stomach 😩i had to get off

That’s why I went off of HRT. I’m already a size 8 and don’t want to gain. But I still get my period. Maybe post menopause I will try again.

I totally agree. I was on my weight loss journey b4 starting HRT, down about 30lbs and everything was FLAT!! Now w/HRT, I have my shape back even 20 more lbs down

I agree with this but I have put a lot of weight on my bust and I hate it. Being 5ft 1 it makes me look big . Wish I could lose it

I have lost 20 pounds in 4 mos and can’t gain weight even though I try to. I don’t know if it’s the HRT that is causing the extreme weight loss. I’m only 5’2” so this is too much for me to lose.
