your idle temps are on the tad warmer side because you have no airflow all your fans are flipped for intake the only exhausted you have is your AIO so all the hot heat from your gpu escapes through your AIO

Your temps are complitely normal. It shouldn't be mid 20s, because that is your room's temp. Processors and GPUs make a lot of heat even when idle so they can't be that low. Especially a 4070 S.

idle temps can be around 50 it's not bad, also depending on the game you are running and how demanding it is for your system it's also Ok to reach low 90's on the cpu above 107 is where the chips

High end cpu/gpu supposed to be reach high temps, especially with high power draws and high clock speeds. It's about temp regulation.
