6-71 yes that’s a wasn’t for that it would not run it’s a two stoke lots of stuff you do to it to make more horsepower

As many have said. 6-71 Detroit. Unlike most 2 cycles Detroits don't pressurize the Air/fuel charge under the piston. Rather the blower pressurizes the charge. Needs it to run. Also, get it started!
