I had this problem but I started drinking a ton of carrot juice n the beta-carotene added an orange hue to my olive tan!!!!!

Honestly increasing my circulation through enough excercise, reducing stress, being more noursished through iron, vit A,C etc healthy fats, hydration, and sleeping early made me my tan gold vs grey
