Tips are not required . If and vendors go above and beyond and you want to tip it’s a nice thing to do. 20 percent is crazy. They’d be stoked if you gave rhem $100

I’m just confused bc they set their own prices????? Tipping wait staff + bartenders on a team makes sense but everyone else…. (Going to tip anyway so they don’t hate me)

you absolutely do not have to tip your media team. and I have NEVER heard 20%. I never expect a tip, but when I get one it's a bonus. I would MUCH prefer a glowing review. that being said if you do

Wedding photographer here! Tipping is always appreciated but never required. I usually get 50-200 if I’m being tipped. A review is even better though!

I’ll be tipping our photographer and DJ. Our venue supplies everything else and expressed to us they pay the bartenders etc a good wage so they don’t expect to be tipped

no we will not be doing that! only people that will be getting tips are bartenders, hairstylists team memebers, and the catering team/staff which all is automatically applied to our bills anyways.

I don’t think anyone is tipping them😂 I have mine booked and have also worked with other photographers and they give you their price for that package! The only additional thing is maybe travel!

As a planner I go pretty above and beyond. The best is when I’m tipped enough to share with my team, like if I bring 4 assistants and I get an envelope with 5) $100 bills or something.

We decided if they work for themselves, we aren’t doing a tip. We will leave rave reviews for all of our vendors but other than the caterer or the bartender we won’t be doing tips.
