i do recommend a nightguard but i also think if the same filling keeps falling out you should replace it with a crown or it'll continue to break

Look into getting a tongue tie release if you have issues clenching my boyfriend had that issue and once he got a tongue tie release, he stopped clenching and was able to sleep at night

Hormones can affect your teeth! I have PCOS and the dentist blames hormone fluctuations for mine!!

I've used temp fill quite a few times. Pregnancy destroyed my teeth and I was constantly losing fillings and broke a tooth until I got crowns.

I had Chicken Pox at 2 months old and the fever destroyed my teeth permanently, so now my teeth are breaking and falling out 😭😭😭

this happens to me all the time in my same tooth and they said if it happens more than 3 times in the same tooth i’ll need a root canal or possibly my tooth removed

you should get a night guard, trust! even if you don’t grind your teeth, clenching your jaw can cause you to break bits of your filling off!

if you have stomach problems or dry mouth it messes with the PH values in your month. Or if you snack or constantly drink drinks besides water between meals.
