I feel like skinny mindset and rich people mindset are really simmilar. You don’t fear the hunger/being poor, cause you know the abundance is there in the future and you know you’re gonna be fine.

I just realized this is probably why people get BED is because they start eating more out of anxiousness there’s not enough for later. this and a load of other reasons like might as well eat this to get rid of it or because emotional control is harder for some. Anyways thanks for the realization!

I’m kinda in between, if I’m not hungry at “lunchtime” I won’t eat but if “dinner time” is approaching and I’m still not hungry, I will force myself to eat so I don’t ruin my metabolism

The problem with this it, that if you have a hard time telling if you're hungry or not, you could go like 22 hours without eating and then wonder why your stomach is hurting all of a sudden (from personal experience)💀
