@rhubarbandlavender: Breakfast in Rohan🫐Buttermilk Rye Pancakes with Blueberry Sauce🥞For our next regional breakfast in Middle Earth, we have travelled to the northern kingdom nestled between the rivers Isen and Anduin. The vast grasslands and plains of Rohan are ideal for growing crops such as rye, and we look to these abundant crops for our next breakfast recipe. Fluffy buttermilk pancakes are made with dark rye flour giving them a subtle nutty earthy flavour. Topped with a dollop of tangy honeyed skyr and warm blueberry sauce, these rye pancakes are hearty and filling with a touch of decadence.
