We have always hung blankets and sheets outside. The smell is incomparable.. always have some windows cracked too, even in the winter. Ppl think I’m nuts haha

In Germany my windows are open 24 hours both in winter, i can’t and don’t know how to sleep with heater on, and the useless company has never for one day refund me any money for not using heater 🤷♀️

Haha so Finnish too! While most of the people might not do this, we are constantly told about the bacteria and people are freakin out. When kid our neighbours did air even their mattresses every day

I throw my blanket in the dryer every now and then between washes, I vacuum the mattress and then I'll spray febreze and let it air dry
