I use quercetin, a supplement, no prescription needed and it's like £14 for a month's supply. it has changed my life, Ive been living with pmdd for 25 years & finally I have peace and even moods!!

I take primrose oil tablets & magnesium and seems to be helping as I didn’t want anti depressants & I couldn’t take combined pill cause of migraines.

Yes get your histamine levels checked cause I acted like this and only found out about histamine intolerance a month ago and already feel better after having less histamine high foods and taking antihistamines 🙏
