@unpalestinecommittee: A Brother’s Plea: Hani AlMadhoun’s Heartbreaking Testimony on Gaza at the UN On February 5, 2025, Hani AlMadhoun, co-founder of Gaza Soup Kitchen, delivered a powerful testimony at the UN Palestinian Rights Committee meeting. He recounted the devastating loss of his family when an Israeli airstrike destroyed his home in Gaza, killing his brother Majed, his wife Safa, their four children, and even their cat, Lucky. His mother stood guard over their remains for a week, waiting for a proper burial. Hani also spoke about his other brother, Mahmoud, who was falsely accused, detained, and paraded in his underwear by the Israeli army—only to be released barefoot and humiliated when their lies unraveled. 📢 Watch, share, and stand for justice. #Gaza #Palestine #HumanRights #UN #JusticeForGaza
