For over a DECADE I would be in periods of restriction (especially when I knew I had a vacation, wedding, birthday or something coming up) 🥺 where I would eat 1200 calories a day or less and lose weight fast... followed by periods of eating how I normally did and losing any ‘progress' l'd made. If u gradually increase ur calories by say 50 every few weeks untill ur back at maintenance amount then u shouldn’t have a lot. Few lbs at most. This is how competing bodybuilders come back from prep

Orrrr just retrain your body after your deficit. People go from a 500-100 deficit straight back to maintenance. Once you’re happy with where you’re at. Slowly increase the calories by 100every fewdays
