Little tip, when you switch to a new tray, do it at night. You get to sleep through most of the pain haha did mine at 25 and don’t regret it!!!

i'm on month 10 and i don't regret it!! the worst pay is definitely like week 7ish bc that's when i had the most movement. i have 3 more weeks left and it's been so worth it!!
