The ones from the store do produce fruit it takes many years but I have some that are almost 20 years old and they produce fruit I have 43 trees atm I give them away for free in groups of 3

hi .where I lived in CA. on the property they had water avocados. they had no taste and never riped. the one you're showing is a hassle. yes.
