Your drill has a loose wire. If this is the second one it’s happened to I’d tell them. That’s a fault to me and they should look into it.

I always do a 60 second cure so it fully cured, 40 second in my opinion is because they are trying to trim the service time down some.

That happened to my first drill, it was the hand piece. You should be able to find a replacement.

i usually cure for 30, but obvi it’s a thinner layer, a lot of brands say to cure for 30-60 secs, it think it depends on the lamp and what product your using
