Week 1 of the #ibshredded challenge and officially week 27 of being on a very moderate and locked in deficit. WHY am I cutting? And how come I do it so slowly?  Well, lets go through those frequently asked questions 👇🏼 1️⃣ I am cutting because I felt that I was craving a challenge for myself. I wanted to see what I could do while still being able to keep my company and all my collaborations going, while still create foodie content and simply just see what I have built during more than a year of intuitive living. 
So simply put: I do not cut to compete, I cut because I felt that I was in the mood for it ( yeah I am a tad bit strange, haha)  2️⃣ I said I was in the mood to be hungry, but I didn’t say mood to be starving, haha. 
Jokes a side, half way in to this I decided that I did want to see what I could transform my body into, if I could tap into to those really stubborn fat depots (like my thighs and arms) without losing to much muscle mass and for that IT HAS TO TAKE TIME!  I also want to be able  to have days like yesterday, or to be able to create FitCoupleFoodies content, it’s as much part of me as lifting and being a business owner. SO, with a few planned diet breaks along the way I will keep going a little bit more just because I want to see where it takes me.  …and I also know that if something is done RIGHT and with PATIENCE it is a way bigger chance that one would be able to keep the results than if we do something very fast and extreme.  I am here for the balance, but I am also here for the cuts.  With that being said, I cannot complete this post without mentioning how AMAZINGLY the members of IB.Fit has started off this first week of the challenge. I AM BEYOND HAPPY with the vibe and all of the hard work that is being put in. THANK YOU GUYS for motivating me to keep going.
