We had their $119 galentines set menu, which included an epic lineup of dishes, a cocktail flight, and a gift!! Here’s an overview of what we had: 🦪 Oyster, bone marrow, tajin – Creamy but an acquired taste. 🐟 Kingfish aguachile cannoli, caviar – OBSESSED. 🐠 Yellowfin tuna, passionfruit, coconut – Needed a little extra pop but super fresh & delicious 🌶️ Chorizo skewer, chalaquita – Juicy, smoky, delicious. 🥖 Chipa bread, jamón, tomato – INCREDIBLE. The sauce was so smoky & delicious 🫕 Provolone cheese & corn empanada – THE BEST. A must order 🐟 Market fish, heirloom tomatoes, gazpacho – Perfect balance, the basil was everything. The fish was cooked perfectly 🍗 Spatchcock, anticucho sauce – Crispy skin + potatoes = perfection. 🥩 Steak, red wine jus, plum – beyond unreal. Charred, juicy, rich, tender, didn’t even need a steak knife 🥗 Wedge salad, salsa verde, quinoa – Who knew salad could slap this hard? 🍮 Dulce de leche profiterole – Loved but needed more dulce de leche 🧀 Basque cheesecake – THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD. Service? Flawless. Ambience? Immaculate. Pincho Disco?
