Tuna at mine is $1.25 vs Walmart $0.98 - worth checking and comparing certain buys 🙂

Hey, dietitian here, the Yuka app is Incredibly sub par in terms of scientific backing… it’s also one of those things that REALLY contributes to obsession over eating

I've used these cartons of whole milk for years. Walmart charges $2.98 each for them. I don't use them to drink but in recipes that call for milk and I mark the date on the carton when I open it.

Thought the Yuka app wasn’t reliable?? Also, how is whole milk healthier than 2% which is less fat??

I get minute rice cups and the tuna for my 23 year old. He’s diabetic &the 39 grams of carbs is good cuz it lets him get the rest of his carbs from a fruit or drink. 60 grams of carbs or less per meal

Unfortunately those pizza crusts taste awful. You can get the Herdez salsa cheaper at Wal Mart, but if you live in a food desert this is a good option. I wish ours had Pacific soups.
